It’s all down to packaging. As a small business we only stock 3 and 6 bottle holders. This means that we have to ask you to order a minimum of two bottles. It makes the boxes more sturdy, and helps ensure your wine arrives to you unharmed.

100%! We take our impact on the planet very seriously. At Smashed Grapes we work with a partner organisation Ecologi to offset all of the CO2 from production, through to delivery at your door. We also use recyclable packaging materials, so you can rest assured that by having wine from Smashed Grapes there's a little less guilt in every sip.
Wine Tokens is our loyalty scheme. Basically, you earn tokens in a number of ways - 5 for every £1 spent, sharing us on social etc... You can then redeem those points for money in the shop. Think of it like a clubcard, but this is a much cooler club to be part of.
We confident that every wine we pick is great, so if you don't like it we'll give you your money back in wine tokens to spend on something else. If you aren't happy with a purchase, get in touch with us and we'll have a chat, then any refund will be issued to your Wine Token account for you to use in the store on future purchases.
Not at all, if you want to buy a one off case or particular bottles you can head to the Shop section of our website - perfect if you want to give it a try and see what we're all about. It's also worth noting that with all our subscriptions you're able to cancel anytime, so there's no long term commitment.
Our subscription wines differ every month. You choose whether you'd like a case of Red, White or Mixed wines, and then we do all the hard work picking you 6 of the best. Keep an eye on our social pages, for sneak peaks at what is coming up
Whilst for subscription we do still only dispatch wines in boxes of 6, we have recently updated our product offering to allow you to opt for every 1, 2 or 3 months. This offers you flexibility if you think that 6 bottles in a month might be too much for you.
If you want to manage your account yourself, then you need to make sure you are registered. Click here to go to the account portal where you can either set an account up or log in to an existing account. Make sure you use the same email you made your order with, otherwise it won't show. There are no long term commitments with any of the Smashed Grapes plans. You are free to cancel at any time. You can cancel your subscription within your account portal, or by getting in touch with one of our team. Use the contact page or send us an email to email@example.com
With subscription boxes, your recurring charge is taken on the same day you start your subscription - every 1, 2 or 3 months depending on the plan you chose. We aim to dispatch your wine within 1 working day of order, and deliver on a next day basis.

All our wine is delivered by Parcelforce couriers. When your order is dispatched you will receive all the tracking info via email to be able to follow your orders progress. Orders are sent fully tracked, on a next working day service.
For orders under £70 there is a £6 delivery fee. Over £70 and on all subscription cases, delivery is FREE.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, and delivery to mainland UK addresses is on a next working day service. Certain areas, such as Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may take up to 48hrs for delivery.
