HOW SUBSCRIPTION WORKS
Our wine subscription service is simple. You tell us if you want a case of red, white or mixed wines... then leave the rest to us!
You can choose whether you want wine every 1, 2 or 3 months. We'll select the 6 wines for you to enjoy & deliver them to you with a copy of our wine matter magazine and tasting notes so that you never need to make a hard choice again.

Not at all, if you want to buy a one off case or particular bottles you can head to the Shop section of our website - perfect if you want to give it a try and see what we're all about. It's also worth noting that with all our subscriptions you're able to cancel anytime, so there's no long term commitment.
Our subscription wines differ every month. You choose whether you'd like a case of Red, White or Mixed wines, and then we do all the hard work picking you 6 of the best. Keep an eye on our social pages, for sneak peaks at what is coming up
I mean, we really hope you do! Taste is a funny old thing, and whilst we're confident that the wines we send our are great, there might be a time where you aren't a massive fan of one of them. That's ok, it's all part of trying new varieties and discovering something new.
Whilst for subscription we do still only dispatch wines in boxes of 6, we have recently updated our product offering to allow you to opt for every 1, 2 or 3 months. This offers you flexibility if you think that 6 bottles in a month might be too much for you.
Your order confirmation has a link in it where you can directly manage your account. In that portal you'll be able to change your plane, pause your subscription and also cancel at any time. There are no long term commitments with any of the Smashed Grapes plans. You are free to cancel at any time. You can cancel your subscription within your account portal, or by getting in touch with one of our team. Use the contact page or send us an email to email@example.com
With subscription boxes, your recurring charge is taken on the same day you start your subscription - every 1, 2 or 3 months depending on the plan you chose. We aim to dispatch your wine within 1 working day of order, and deliver on a next day basis.
