Bella Modella Primitivo

There's no doubt about it we like a Jammy red at the moment. Primitivo is the king of Jammy grapes (aka Zinfandel in the US) and Puglia is the place to grow them. Super exposed to the Southern Italian heat, grapes lose their moisture & become concentrated with cooked fruit flavour.

We like a Jam pot on it's own, but next to some strong cheeses - heaven!
