Verdejo is Spain's Sauvignon. Fresh, fruity and floral. This blend from one of our favourite parts of Spain uses mostly Verdejo, A hint of Macabeo gives it some weight & then a whiff of Sauvignon Blanc for reasons we can't explain - but we like.

Pairs perfectly with everything your favourite Sauv Blanc would - salads, chicken, an hour of child free silence.
