La Guardiense, Calvese Falanghina

Campagnia is known as the bread basket of Italy. It's no suprise then that it's signature white grape variety (don't worry we hadn't heard of it either) is great with all kings of Italian grub.

Big and tangy like a Viognier, Falanghina is (not suprisingly) a great partner to gnocchi, rissotto and homemade (or not) pastas with tomato sauce.
