Viña Barredero Blanco

You may not have heard of the white grape 'Zalema' but you'll remember this big, rich white with plenty of fruity flavour. Like many chunky Chardonnays or White Riojas a technique called 'Lees aging' involves leaving the dead yeast in the wine for a while before filtering, stirring up occasionally. This creates a rich, creamy texture.

Perfect with chicken dishes, especially with a creamy sauce.
